"This hotel was located just outside of the downtown area, but it was not far at all and still very convenient. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. We absolutely loved the king bed and the room overall. It was comfortable and made our stay very relaxing. We did have an issue with the shower head, but the staff immediately replaced it and were very appreciative that we let them know about the problem. The breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. It was a very basic Mexican breakfast, but it was still convenient before starting the day. The only downside was that we couldn’t get the safe to work for storing our important documents. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. I’m already hoping to plan another trip back with my sisters and family. I love this town and the people — everyone was so warm and welcoming."

"The property is great and a very beautiful place. I paid for breakfast for several days but my experience on day one is really bas almost 2 hours to wait and be served. So I wasted that money and the restaurant is something you should avoid"

"The hotel sits directly in front of a major highway, and the noise is relentless. Semis roar past at all hours, and the building does almost nothing to block the sound. The bathroom windows are built in a way that they can't be closed. The bathroom door itself is a thin hollow-core door, so noise cuts straight through it. The main door to the room has no seal at all, so highway noise pours directly into the room. Sleep here is genuinely impossible. The Wi-Fi is the second major problem. It's so slow and drops so frequently roughly every 10 seconds that doing any real work on a laptop is out of the question. It can't even sustain a single YouTube video. On top of that, the connection is tied to your specific room key card, which creates an absurd situation: when you pull the card out of its slot in the room, all the electricity shuts off, including your Wi-Fi. So you can't stay connected while moving around the hotel. There's a separate hotel-wide Wi-Fi, but it's only accessible from the lobby and requires a different password you have to ask for. That one at least works but unless you plan to sit in the lobby and do all your work there, bring your own data plan. Overall, I found this hotel lacking in every dimension that actually matters for a functional stay."
