We had two nights just to explore Colonia de Sacramento. The location is good. The front desk people were very helpful. The breakfast was not varied, but most delicious.

They were very helpful with getting us another room, without an increase of payment; as the first room we did not approve of. However staying longer than one night we would not recommend as there is no room service for clean towels, bedding etc. The price was for the product fitting.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is walkable from the ferry terminal and walkable to the historic center as well. The property is definitely older and lacks some amenities, but for a short stay it is fine.

Location was great- walkable to/from ferry and bus terminal. Also close to heart of historic area and also more modern shopping and restaurant area. Breakfast excellent also. Only improvement could be room door keys-very old locks and hard to lock- never could figure out how to lock from inside.

Excellent walkable location

Place is very conveniently located to both the Buquebus ferry terminal and the old town. Less than a 10 minute walk to each. They honoured my room request to be on a higher floor and the included breakfast was simple but nice (hard boiled eggs, croissants, toast, jam/marmelade/dulce de leche, slices of ham and cheese, orange juice, coffee with hot milk, sliced canned peaches, cereal and milk). The air conditioning worked well in the room and no major issues with the wifi.

The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. Large room. Good quality toiletries. Very good location close to all main attractions, bus and ferry. Some staff were not very approachable. Sheets were washed but could look cleaner, as could the room curtains. Water kept turning off on two days of the stay. Breakfast was simple, but included in the price; however, the quantity was the same for single people as couples, meaning sharing three pieces of meat and croissants. No spaces to put luggage, except the floor.

Não voltaremos mais a este hotel, não tive uma boa experiência. Comprei pela Internet onde fui induzido pelas belas fotos e alguns comentários de hóspedes anteriores. Jogaram-nos no quarto n⁰13 acredito que seja o pior, como o vento na cidade é muito forte a porta do quarto não parava de bater e a água da chuva além de bater na porta e janela ainda escorria para dentro do quarto , motivo que nos fizeram chamar a recepcionista várias vezes e que em um momento de desespero da funcionária, acredito eu, queria deixar um balde com pano de chão para enxugarmos se caso entrasse água novamente. De imediato solicitei que levasse o material e que estávamos totalmente insatisfeitos. Por fim não indicamos para ninguém, existe hoteis melhores na cidade com o mesmo valor ou valores próximos do que pagamos. Sem falar do café da manhã que é muito simples.
