My spouse & I ordered a Superior Double room. We were initially escorted into a cubicle with 2 twin beds for children. This room had NO TOILET SEAT on its bathroom toilet. After refusing the room, we were ushered into a substandard double room. The front desk manager assured me that both rooms were Superior rooms, gaslighting me and my spouse. I reached out to Expedia to no avail. At checkout, they had the nerve to charge us $6 USD for 2 small bottles of water that they left in their fridge, which we weren’t advised had a charge at check-in. I would NOT return to this hotel even for FREE.

Buen hotel de antaño. Falta mantenimiento

Positivo: Muy buena ubicación céntrica. Desayuno bien. Gran pileta exterior. Gran pileta interior, incluso con mucha gente era cómoda. Linda arquitectura colonial con un patio interno y aljibe. El personal de la mañana super amable. La habitación, desayunador y hotel en general estaban limpios. Negativo: La habitación doble era minúscula. Para dos personas tenía una sola silla y 3 perchas. Ningún perchero en el cuarto, solo había un pico en el baño. No cabía la valija en ningún lado. El “frigobar” es una heladera con solo dos aguas que parecen de cortesía, pero las cobran. La pileta interior muy venida abajo. La cascada y los picos no funcionan. El “jacuzzi” sí lo prenden – aproximadamente 15 minutos por día. Muchos azulejos despegados, eso lastima. También había basura en el fondo. Luego de una tormenta, en la pileta exterior recogieron las hojas recién a las 3 de la tarde. Muy mala relación calidad-precio. Si mantienen las instalaciones, se salva.

HOTEL DESCEPCIONANTE

Ocupamos dois quartos em janeiro de 2020. Quarto 22 extremamente pequeno (cerca de 7m2), banheiro com 1 metro de largura. Cama ruim, enxoval velho, carpet muito velho, quarto claustrofóbico, ar condicionado quebrado, tudo muito velho e mau cuidado. Quarto 43, pouco melhor de tamanho, banheiro também maior, porém mesmo carpet do outro e cheio de traças, sem janela para área externa. Café da manha razoável, porém cobram cerca de R$ 25,00 por um omelete. Como ponto positivo as duas piscinas limpas e com agua na temperatura certa. Hotel para uma unica noite e para pagar no maximo R$ 200,00 para um casal.

O hotel é ótimo, confortável e tem uma estrutura fantástica. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, podendo implantar algumas melhorias como omelete e mais tipos de suco. Apesar desta melhoria eu recomendo.

The common areas were fine. The outdoor pool was dirty. The small indoor pool was a nice experience. The hotel provided 2 pool towels in our room which were that old and soiled that I wouldn't have let my dog sleep on them Our double room was very small, no storage, it smelt very foisty and dirty, the toilet did not flush properly and the flushing mechanism kept falling off the wall, the shower head was broken and did not work correctly, the shower curtain was in poor condition. There were 2 bottles of drinking water in the mini bar, nothing else, which we were charged $5us for using on checking out. We were told wifi was available in all areas, but in reality was only available if you sat in reception. In all a thoroughly bad experience, our worst hotel in South America, we were glad we only stayed the one night and altered our departure so we could check out early.

A localização é excelente, a equipe é cortez e os quartos apesar de pequenos são confortáveis. Os banheiros são muito pequenos, principalmente o box do chuveiro.

Upmarket Hotel with character and pool

Ex location ,English speaking staff ,pool with bar facilities,TV and Computer room indoor pool. Staff organised a personal tour of the local area as nothing available. All day tour included English speaking manager , a fantastic winery ,lunch transport museum local farming river attractions.Most appreciated !!

Muy caro para el nivel de servicio que entrega. No hay suficiente capacidad en el salón para que los pasajeros del hotel tomen desayuno. Mesón muy pequeño para el desayuno y tantos pasajeros. Mala atención del personal. Muy caro para que lo ofrecen.

Caro para lo que ofrecen

Estuvo bien.un poco desordenada la recepcion se traspalelo mi llave tarjeta y me cobraron una noche de mas y amablemente lo anularon.pero quito limite de mi taarjeta..la habitacion pequeña .el agua no tenis presion con un cubiculo chico.estuvimos en la parte nueva.las ventanas se abren muy poco.falta ventilacion.el servicio de bar en la piscina.pesimo.linda piscina.pocas reposeras.buen desayuno y atentos a que necesitabamos especial para celiacos

The staff was not very friendly. They did not greet us or smile when ever we left or returned from our outings. They did not volunteer any information about the area until we specifically asked. The front desk staff tried to sell me tickets for the hop on hop off bus at $50 per person when in fact, the tickets were only $25. Overall great location and nice property. The room was clean but did not smell good at all. The breakfast was not good; there were stale pastries so I opted for cereal. They had extremely tiny bowls for the cereal (like they would only hold 4 teaspoons of cereal) and when I kindly asked the staff for a larger bowl, they gave me another tiny bowl.

Nice hotel, close to the beach.

Be sure to have a good map -- we had a hard time finding it as street name signs are few and far between. Staff are friendly, aware and competent.
