All of the members of staff I interacted with we exceptionally friendly and kind, the breakfast in the mornings was varied and excellent all around, the room was well equipped and perfect for one person. The hotel where everything is 5 star: hospitality, breakfast, room, and location. We really enjoyed our 2 night visit. The hotel is really small and therefore really quiet as well. Phenomenal hotel

What a truly exceptional hotel! You can tell what pride the staff take in making their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Francisco especially went out of his way to give recommendations and help with all aspects of my stay. Great location, an easy 5-minute walk to the main train station and cathedral (thanks to clear instructions provided by the hotel in advance). The rooms are cozy, very clean, and very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet is the best I had on my multi-city trip! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a lovely hotel in a great location. Easily walkable to anything you’d want to see in Cologne. The staff was absolutely amazing. Francisco and Kai were friendly and attentive. My family and I traveled throughout Germany this vacation, visiting 8 cities and my stepson declared Cologne to be his favorite stop - no doubt due to Francisco and Kai. We can’t wait to return!

You MUST stay here if you're visiting Cologne! 😊 This hotel is perfectly located—just steps away from all the major sights and attractions. It backs onto a charming square filled with shops, restaurants, and cafes, and it's right next to the historic City Hall, giving you that authentic Cologne atmosphere right outside your door. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of sightseeing. But what truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. We had the pleasure of interacting with Francisco and Kai, both of whom went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their customer service was outstanding—no request was too much, and they always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight! A great spread overall, but the made-to-order omelettes were especially delicious and worth waking up for. All in all, this hotel was a perfect home base for our time in Cologne. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This is such a wonderful hotel! Ingmar and Andy were so wonderful and welcoming! They really go out of their way to make your comfortable here, and Ingmar was so helpful with his tips. I was only able to stay in Cologne for one night, but I wish I could've stayed longer. There's a lovely breakfast offered, and I feel like this hotel makes a sincere effort at providing attention to personalized customer service! Location, service, comfort; this hotel has it all!

A wonderful little boutique hotel. Both Francisco and Carla (spelling?) went over and above to answer our questions about the history of the area and the hotel. Very comfortable, Very quiet. Superb breakfast !!! The only negative is that there is no elevator. They will help with the luggage but it will be difficult with someone with mobility issues. Thank you again for a great stay!
