We had a great stay at Statthaus. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and in a safe area. Location was great, close to the city center and to the train station, with many restaurants within walking distance.

We loved staying here! The staff were extremely friendly, it was spotless and comfortable, and it felt like a home away from home. We knew it was a lot of stairs as we had read the reviews and info so this wasn't an issue for us at all.

The view was great from the top floor with even a small little balcony! It was a great experience. Only thing to look out for, this is 6 floors up a steep staircase with no elevators. I only had carry-on size baggage, and I don't have issues lugging bags up stairs. If you do, I don't recommend. Otherwise, loved it!

Bra familjeboende.

Mycket bra familjeboende om man har äldre barn. En kort promenad på 10 min från Kölnerdomen. Lugnt område utan trafik trots att det ligger centralt. Nära till stadsbanan. Mycket välutrustat kök som har allt man behöver. Enkelt att kommunicera med värden. Så vi är väldigt nöjda och skulle definitivt boka samma boende igen.
