Exceptionally clean room with a comfortable bed 🛏️. Great location for getting around. Little bit of noise from the café on the corner but nothing to bother me. Spotless bathroom and great shower. Perfect for solo travel as we generally put up with a lot of inconvenience for not travelling with someone. I would do recommend this lovely place!

Very close to the Cologne Christmas markets and around the corner from a good underground parking garage. Great food and atmosphere in the area. Can be a little loud at night as the restaurants and bars close in the area but the mornings are quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Excellent hotel! The room may be small, but it's cozy and well-organized. The staff were absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Very good hotel

Receptionist didn't speak English and it was hard to get hold of him because there's no reception but he let us checkin earlier. The rest was very good, all clean and perfect location.

Had a good experience. The person in the lobby was very cheerful and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location is the hearth of Cologne so can walk everwhere. I ll stay here in my next visit too.

Was expecting one of the design rooms like my booking was for a design double room. Didn't get that, nothing bad about it but it was just a standard one. Bed was rock solid and cramped into a corner but did the job. Great location. Great price. Receptionists were lovely and welcoming and felt safe.

The property was fine, though I wish it was clearer from the beginning that if you arrive late, you won't be able to get in and nobody will answer your messages. I needed to pay an urgent €250 to stay elsewhere as I couldn't get in on my first night. The bin also wasn't emptied from the previous occupant and the toilet roll was almost empty. The room itself was nice and quiet with a comfortable bed

I made a mistake during the booking. The hotel was not able to respond in a timely or satisfactory manner. I understand the hotel was within its rights. But given this is the hotel I always choose for my work trips when in Cologne I maybe expected a bit more. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing. Hotel itself is good, that’s why I usually returned to the same place.

the room was as shown on the photos The Room was super clean and the bed and pillow were very nice! There were towels and also a couple small glasses. Also the shower had good water pressure and clean. .
