The hotel is located a little distance away from the city but the public transport can get you there asap. The service was great; the staff were very helpful anytime I had questions about my stay. My only complaint is the washer and dryer. They dont work very well because of their old age

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view of the Rhine from my balcony. Simple but tasty breakfast. Generally, quiet but the heavy doors and lock mechanisms were a little intrusive with guests coming and going. But overall, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.

A really nice and friendly hostel
I had a great stay there. Staff is really nice and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was clean. The hostel's a little bit far from the city center, but there's a subway stop extremely close to it.

nice and affordable hostel
Nice & clean hostel just slightly outside the centre but nice and quiet good transport connection. staff were nice & friendly. only downside that no internet connection in the room. Good for 1 night stay.

中央駅から一本で行けるので交通は便利です。設備やスタッフは申し分ないですが、要するにユースホステルなので、子供や若い人が多く、また安宿狙いの宿泊者が多いので、同室の客層が悪いと滞在も快適とはならないのは仕方ありません。フロントがとにかく混んでいたことと、同室の人が深夜遅くまで酒飲んで帰ってきて、大いびきをかいて寝ていたこと以外には不満はありませんでした。食べ物や飲み物の外部からの持ち込みは禁止とのことです。

Han zum 1. Mal in einer JHB geschlafen. Ich muss sagen, ich war positiv überrascht. Fast wie Hotelstandard, Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, jederzeit wieder, bei diesem Preis👍

Jätte dålig jämför med pengarna som man brtalar, annars det är helt okej boende om priset är en tredje del av det som man betalar.

We have a good experience all people was frendly. Our room is new simply but very nice. The structure is located near the public transport it’s very easy to ho in the center of Koln.

No se cumplió con lo ofertado en la reservación, se dijo que contaba con artículos de aseo y no fue así, no tenía toallas, shampoo ni jabón, todo había que pagarlo extra, lo cual no fue lo reservado. Lamentable situación, se pago de más por algo que lo valía ni un cuarto de su valor. Espero puedan darme alguna respuesta y solución al respecto.

Ruhiges Zimmer und freundliches Personal Preis pro Person und nicht als Doppelzimmer ist ungewöhlich. WLAN in den Zimmern nur gegen hohen Aufpreis - nicht angemessen!

- sehr teuer; ungenügendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (im Vergleich z.B. mit Mittelklassehotels); für 'Normalfamilien' eigentlich nicht erschwinglich; entspricht nicht ursprünglichem Grundgedanken einer JH - trotz überrissenem Preis schlechtes Angebot: Fehlen von Handtüchern etc.; keine Duschmittel und Fön; wenig Raum
