"I booked 3 rooms for a local family event however we wish we had stayed elsewhere. All rooms weren’t very clean, the room I stayed in (33) had mould in the windows, evidence of some mystery substance running down the walls above the bed and the shower leaked so the bathroom door had absorbed the water and was rotting away. The TV would turn on, but that’s it, that’s the only button on the remote that would work so you were stuck with the news. Everytime other guests used the water in their rooms the sink would make a loud noise which kept me away all night. The bathroom radiator was scalding hot with no way of turning them down which made the rooms feel extremely hot with the door open or freezing cold if you closed it. The staff need some lessons in customer service. With the exception of the waitress on the Saturday night 2nd and on the morning of the 3rd there was very positives. We arrived at the hotel before checkin was open and we enquired if we needed to book a table for dinner, we were told there was an event on so we could only eat in the bar which wasn’t a problem. What we were not advised is that they stop taking orders at 8pm sharp leaving us minutes to scramble to order… not that it will take you too long as the food choices are very limited. The food itself was ok but the breakfast should have been a lot warmer. My dad stayed in room 30 and had similar issues with his room. Overall we all couldn’t wait to leave. I would not recommend staying. "

"Our room was clean and tidy with all of the amenities i would have expected in a budget hotel. There were a few minor issues with the room which needed repair and which we reported when we let. Neither had any major impact on our stay."

"Mini Sainsburys and post office were within yards away and very useful. I would have liked a few more small shelves in bathroom and I couldn’t even see myself in the mirror in the lounge so couldn’t understand what it was there for (maybe for decorative purposes!). Nice and warm and bed very comfortable. Although I understand Ts&Cs, for an elderly and vulnerable person such as myself I found stripping the bed and towels etc before leaving at 11:00am quite a tiring process. However, all in all it was so convenient to where I wanted to be it was quite good. "

"I booked this property 6 months before my trip and Ivana the owner host was responsive to messages and helpful answering my questions. I never received checking in info so i contacted the seller via the app and the phone number given. No reply and no return calls. I turned up to the property on the day of booked arrival and found the apartment is above a business. I spoke to the kady called Ivana that worked there but she didnt know about my booking. She confirmed she owned the apartments but that they have long term rentals. She confirmed the numbers are correct but that she hadnt been messaging me. This is a scam, do not book this property and please investigate the profile. "
