Located on the 2nd floor of a building on rue Berthe Molly, this 80 m² duplex apartment lets you stay in the heart of Colmar while enjoying a peaceful setting. Petite Venise, the Unterlinden Museum, shops, and restaurants in the historic center are all within walking distance.



The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Spread over two levels, it features a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator), and two sleeping areas with double beds (160x200).



The first bedroom is on the main level. Upstairs, a second sleeping area is next to the bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.



High-speed fiber Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and ironing board are provided. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included, and beds are made before your arrival. A baby bed and high chair can be provided on request.



Covered parking is a few minutes’ walk away, with public parking nearby.
