In the heart of downtown Colmar, the IMMER apartment of 120m2 is ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or work. With its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 10 people.
It consists of:
a living room/dining area with television, and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),
a room with two single beds,
a room with two single beds,
a room with two single beds,
a room with two single beds and a bunk bed (sleeping at height is not suitable for children under 6 years old),
a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine,
a shower room with toilet,
a separate toilet,
The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator.
The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.
The Montagne Verte public parking is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.
House Rules:
This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.
Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 60€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

This apartment is in the heart of Colmar, an unbeatable location and was as advertised, with plenty of space to spread out, with a full kitchen, living and dinning spaces along with 4 great sized bedrooms rooms. Easy access and within walking distance to any place you need to get to or from. The train satation is an easy 17 to 18 minute walk, a supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk, and plenty of bakeries, and restaurant all within 5 to 10 minutes. The apartment had all the necessities, but you can tell that it has been well used, with a couple broken tiles in a bathroom, a missing sink in a bathroom and a shower head that was broken. but the handleheld worked great. Great communication from the hosts. with simple check in and check out. We were in Colmar to enjoy the Christmas Markets. which there couldnt be a better location! This a realy great location and we would stay agian.
We had a wonderful day in Colmar and recommend both the city and the apartment. Colmar itself is magical, particularly in the evening when the crowds are gone and cafes are full.
The apartment is on the edge of the tourist area, on a pedestrian shopping street. About a 20 min walk to the train station and ten minutes to a large grocery store and very close to a small one. We were a group of seven adults and teens on a week long visit, and found the apartment spacious and comfortable, in a good neighourhood. The common areas are well kept and safe and there is an elevator. We had a minor service problem (clogged drain) on arrival and it was fixed quickly despite being a weekend. Beds were comfortable, and linens and towels good. Cons - there was a lovely welcome package but no cooking essentials (oil, salt etc). Apartment was tidy but would benefit from a deep clean. There is no sofa. Other than the dining chairs there are only two armchairs so any movie watching is done from the table. We were sad to leave and would happily stay there again.

Ferienwohnung in Comar
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Wohung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider sind diverse Mängel an den Badezimmern gewesen. Die Türe zu der Toilette war stark Beschädigt. Als wir uns selbst eingschlossen hatten da das Schloss stark geklemmt hat war klar dass ein Bewohner vor uns diese Türe schon hat eintreten müssen. Da das Schloss danach komplett geklemmt hat konnte die Türe zu Toilette nicht mehr geschlossen noch verrigelt werden. Zu keinem der Badezimmer konnte die Türe abgeschlossen werden. Im Zimmer mit Badewanne war eine Fliese komplett herausgebrochen. In der Dusche gin einer der beiden Duschköpfe außer funktion. Der Zustand der Badezimmer ist leider mehr als schlecht, diese sollten dringend renoviert werden.

Top Lage, gute Größe der Wohnung.
Wir waren 5 Tage mit 9 Personen zu Besuch in Colmar. Die Wohnung "Immer" ist in einer perfekten Lage, hat eine tolle Größe und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Küche und das Inventar war nur mäßig sauber, d.h wir mussten erst einmal Putzen. Die Türen der Bäder ließen sich nicht abschließen. Bei der Toilettentür war das Schloß kaputt, d.h. wenn jemand ausversehen zuschloß war es sehr mühsam denjenigen wieder zu befreien. Leider waren nirgends Haken um etwas aufzuhängen, und Parken war auch eine Herausforderung. Insgesamt waren wir trotzdem glücklich, weil Colmar und Umgebung unglaublich schön ist.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Fussgängerzone ( das Parkhaus keine 3 Minuten Fussweg) und bietet die perfekte Ausgangslage zum Sightseeing . Der Türcode an der Eingangshalle sowie an der Wohnung funktionierte fabelhaft. Die Wohnung wurde mit Grosseltern, Kindern und Enkelkindern mit Freude belegt. Die 4 SZ bieten gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sind auch gross genug und die Matrazen gerade recht. Das Wohn-/ Esszimmer war gemütlich, Möbel bequem. Küche gut bestückt und sauber. Die Badezimmer soweit funktional. Das Haus/ Wohnung ist etwas älteren Datums, dennoch ein sehr guter Ort, um die Colmaer Innenstadt zu erkunden. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war hilfreich,klärte offene Fragen zur Buchung.

It went without a hitch. A thunderstorm shorted out the electricity one evening g and the code would not work. I was not able to get thru to anyone. Fortunately other renters knew of a back entrance that accepts the same code to enter the building. That information should be passed on in the event there is a late night issue. Otherwise it was great!!!!
