Cozy ground-floor apartment in Colmar with a private garage, close to the Alsace Wine Route.

This apartment is ideally located if you want to explore both the center of Colmar and the surrounding area.

It features a lovely living room with a sofa bed (160x200 cm), an open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace perfect for enjoying sunny days. The apartment also includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and vanity, a washing machine, and a separate toilet.

A private garage is also included in the rental.

Thanks to its ideal location near the city center, it occupies a strategic position for your sightseeing and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the city during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.

All our services (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi) are included in the price.

To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax, payable remotely by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the security deposit, payable via a Swikly link or by credit card (authorization).

Very comfortable Flat

We stay for one week and enjoy this comfortable flat. Very nice ist the own Garage. To the town center we drove 10 Minutes by car, and 20 Minutes by Bus. The Station is near by. The bed were also comfortable.

Vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben 5 Nächte in der Wohnung, die im Süden von Colmar liegt verbracht. Mit dem Fahrrad war man in gut 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, wobei man meistens über Radwege gefahren ist. Wer von Colmar aus mit dem Rad die Weindörfer Éguisheim, Kaysersberg, Riquwihr, etc. bsuchen möchte, ist von der Unterkunft aus schnell auf einer entsprechenden Radroute. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen großen Leclerc Supermarkt und in der Nähe der Wohnung zwei Bäckereien sowie ein kleines Lädchen, in dem auch Sonntags frisches Brot verkauft wird.

Sehr nette kleine Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das einzige Manko für uns war, dass der TV nur französische Sender hergab und somit für deutsche Gäste nicht zu verwenden war. Besonders ist auch, dass zu der Wohnung eine Garage gehört und wir somit unsere mitgebrachten EBikes sicher unterstellen konnten. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder nehmen.

Freundliche Wohnung im Vorstadt Bereich

Gute Unterkunft für 2 Personen, mit ein paar Nachteilen: keine Dusche, nur Badewanne. Die Strasse vor der Wohnung ist teilweise recht laut, also ungünstig wenn man im Sommer mit offenem Fenster schlafen will. Die Garage ist sehr schmal für moderne Fahrzeuge und die Zufahrt verwinkelt, deswegen haben wir unseren Touran auf der Strasse geparkt. Ein Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus, man könnte damit in die Innenstadt kommen. Wir sind allerdings mit dem Fahrrad gefahren, ca 15 Minuten. Ansonsten ist man schnell auf einer Umgehungsstrasse, um alle interessanten Orte der Umgebung zu erreichen.
