Bright, spacious and very quiet accommodation located on the ground floor of a small building.
- Large, super comfortable bed. - Super equipped kitchen. - The bedroom and the living room offer a view of the large garden. - Private and closed parking. - Located in a large green area set back from the road and sound sources. - 15 minutes walk from the historic center and the train station. - Large garden with the possibility of making barbecues available.
Everything is provided: Bedding, Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, Bath sheets and hand towels., Soaps, shampoo, shower gel, etc., Hair dryer, iron, maintenance, toilet paper, etc. You just have to take a toothbrush and a little good humor.
You have access to all the amenities of a city: museums, shops, leisure, catering ...
There is a bakery at the end of the street. On Saturday morning there is a market three minutes away.

The apartment is well looked after and has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. It is very convenient for reaching the station and the historic center and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owners are very nice and helpful people. I recommend it

Good welcome from the owners. The apartment was clean, in good decorative order and was very spacious for two. Off road parking is a bonus. The location is good as the old centre of Colmar is within walking distance as is the rail station (Useful if you want a day in Strasbourg.).
The property is clean and spacious, the beds are perfect with quality non-allergenic sheets. About 15 min (easy) walking from the historic center with private parking. Frederic, our host, was courteous and helpful with a fine sense of humor. The neighborhood bakery ensured fresh bread every morning. Colmar, surrounding places, and the Alsace are beautiful.
In summary - we had a wonderful time and recommend Cathy's and Frederic's place.
Everything about this apartment was excellent from the convenient but peaceful location (with on site parking) to the clean, fully equipped and comfortably furnished interior. Cathy & Frederic provide a warm welcome with info on the town, activities & restaurants. Highly recommended!
The owners very thoughtfully provided for every need. It was a lovely spacious apartment, perfect for two people. Perhaps the walk into the ville was a little further than expected, but a good boulangerie nearby and private parking were great pluses.
The host was welcoming and the apartment was clean with a very well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and cutlery. It is a15 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute walk to the cathedral. A few things to know, the check in time was 5pm and they were strict about that, though to be fair, they allowed us to drop off our luggage when we arrived to town. Review amenities closely. I would also say the shower water temperature could have been a few degrees hotter.
Sehr nette Gastgeber, eine schöne Wohnung, groß, mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt, sauber, mit einem schönen Garten, zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser tollen Wohnung mit dem wunderschönen riesigen Garten. Vielen Dank an Kathy und Frederic für alles! Liebe Grüße
Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und vor allem das Bett sehr bequem. Die Nächte waren ruhig. Die Gastgeber, ebenso wie die 2 Hühner sind sehr freundlich. Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Appartement ist ruhig, sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer sehr schönen Küche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Ausblick in den Garten, in dem man bei gutem Wetter auch sitzen kann. Der Fußweg in die Altstadt ist ca. 15 Minuten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

… et parfaitement adaptés aux besoins (rien ne manque), sa proximité du centre ancien à 15mn à pied, les informations utiles rassemblées dans un classeur réalisé par les propriétaires. La discrétion des propriétaires est à noter.
Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve ce gite très agréable.
Schönes Ambiente mit liebevollem Garten und vielen Plätzen zum verweilen. Zuvorkommende Gastgeber, man fühlte sich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben. Nur 1 km bis zum schönem Zentrum von Colmar.
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Cathy und Frederik sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie waren sehr angenehme Vermieter, die auch im Haus wohnen. Wir wurden freundlich in Empfang genommen. Frederik hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurantbesuche und Weinkauf gegeben. Den großen Garten konnte wir mit benutzen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer Garage unterstellen und das Auto hatte einen Stellplatz im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Diese Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir würden auch wieder hier buchen.

Wir haben uns in Colmar und in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Handtücher etc.) ist mehr als ausreichend.
Die Gastgeber haben uns zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts viele Tipps für die Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs gegeben (Restaurants, Ausflüge und so weiter). Wir haben einiges davon gemacht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden.
Vielen Dank an Cathy und Frederic für den sehr schönen Urlaub in Colmar. Wir werden euch weiter empfehlen
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, zentrumsnah in Colmar. Das Auto parkt man entspannt auf dem Grundstück, bis ins Zentrum von Colmar geht man etwa 15 Minuten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es 2 Bäckereien am Samstag findet rund um die Kirche ein Wochenmarkt statt.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Besitzer wohnen im gleichen Haus und sind immer ansprechbar. Fragen kommen aber, aufgrund des perfekt ausgearbeiteten Informationsmateriales, eigentlich nicht auf. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort sehr gefallen.
