Charming apartment on the 1st floor of a mansion built in 1903, located in the heart of the center, 5 minutes walk from the Christmas markets and 10 minutes walk from Little Venice, all shops nearby.
In the heart of Colmar, this fully renovated summer / fall 2016 cottage is waiting for you. You will be at home. The apartment consists of 3 rooms of 83 m2, 2 bedrooms (a 160cm x 200cm bed and two 90cm x 200cm beds), 1 folding baby bed, a living room of 21m2 (a sofa bed for two people), a bathroom with very spacious shower, fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for a family or small group of friends or a business person.

Loved L’Ourson. One of the best appointed rentals I have stayed in. Comfortable, lots of space, clean and convenient to Colmar center. We had a car and were able to find street parking easily and pay using the app. Parking is not free. There is AC but it was not working during our stay. We only needed it for one day, the weather was rainy, but there is so much to do, we had a great time anyway. Marie provided lots of good info about Colmar and the surroundings. Highlight of our trip was renting bikes from Alsa Cyclo in Eguisheim and cycling through the scenic vineyards.

L’Ourson was an amazing holiday apartment, and was perfect for my family’s visit to Colmar at Christmastime.
First, there’s the hosts. Marie and Jean-Michel are simply the nicest and most gracious hosts we’ve ever had in 10+ years of travel and holiday apartment stays. Check-in was seamless, they were always available if needed, and communication was superb (we spoke in French, but between them Marie and Jean-Michel also speak English, German, and Italian). They went out of their way several times during our stay to help us feel more comfortable and take advantage of the Christmastime offerings Colmar and Alsace have.
Next, the apartment. Location is fantastic - steps to the historic center. The building is turn of the (20th) century and exudes historic charm on the outside. But, inside, the apartment is very modern, updated, and comfortable. The kitchen was great - I wish my kitchen at home were even half that nice. The bathroom was also great, with high-quality fixtures, tons of water pressure and long-lasting hot water in the shower, and a really handy washer/dryer. The rest was spacious, comfortable, and attractively decorated. I was impressed to find not a single piece of furniture or accessory from IKEA. The beds were super comfortable.
In short, L’Ourson is a very special place, and I highly recommend you stay there if you’re looking for a holiday apartment in Colmar.

El apartemento es hermoso y muy limpio, decorado con muy buen gusto. No hace falta nada, super bien dotado tanto en la cocina como en los baños. Las camas son limpias y comodas.
Los dueños del apartamento son muy amables. El apartamento es a 5 min caminando del centro del pueblo. Nosotros lo pasamos Genial. lo recomiendo.

Stunning!
This apartment is simply stunning, comfortable and furnished to a very high standard. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. From our first enquiry, to meeting us on arrival and for also preparing the basement (cave) for safe storage of our bicycles. The tourist information they provide at the apartment is plentiful. It is located just a 5 min stroll to the centre of beautiful Colmar, with its many bars and restaurants, we were spoilt for choice. Great area for cycling. We cycled most days, our favourite being the Alsace wine route. We do hope to return. Many thanks again to Marie and Jean Michel.
