"Located close to a light rail line with direct links to the airport, this is a conveniently situated hotel from where a lot of the must see visitor attractions are to be found. My room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and seating area. The staff were great."

"Excellent place to stay while visiting Seattle. Easy to get wherever we wanted to go. We did rent a car and find street parking very easily every evening. Great place to rent if your visiting the city for a few days. We would rent again. Host was very communicative, although we didn't need anything. He checked in with us via email several times, which was nice."

"Small semi-private space good for a quick overnight stay. We were in town for a concert and spent just over 12 hours officially checked-in to the room but maybe 9 in it, mostly sleeping. Basic amenities provided and plenty of books/board games/streaming services for entertainment. It’s a basement unit so no windows which means pitch black and quiet at night but that’s ideal for some people. Owner was great about communication before the stay and made an accommodation for us which was much appreciated. Unfortunately a bit pricey in my opinion for the area, space, and cleaning (which was super minimal since we were there such a short time), but I get that the fees not dictated by the owner can add up quickly. Allowed us to get to the next leg of our trip which is what mattered most."
