Cocoonr offers you this charming 73 m² house in Collonge-en-Charollais to rent, which sleeps up to 4 people.

It comprises a living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 100 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The house is built over a cellar, and access is via a staircase leading to the veranda (2x4m), which has sliding glass doors and shutters.

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, armchairs, a library and board games
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A small, south-facing veranda (approx. 8 m²) overlooking the garden

A few steps lead up to the other rooms:
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with walk-in shower, washing machine and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A private, enclosed garden of 100 m², planted with trees and facing south, with a wooden picnic table and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Collonge-en-Charollais, in a very pleasant setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
