  • Open all year round in the Vermeille Coast, enjoy a villa, composed of 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, whose capacity and configuration are ideal for a stay with family or friends in Collioure.
    A quiet place where you can claim a deserved rest!

    This holiday home (700m from the village) with an area of 120 m² is a 2 * furnished apartment with ANCV agreement (holiday vouchers), and includes a ground floor with one floor on a fully enclosed plot. Very pleasant house and exteriors.

    On the ground floor, you will find:
    A fitted kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, maxi-oven, toaster, etc.
    Dining room: sofa, chest of drawers, integrated TV / DVD, wardrobe, table and chairs.
    2 bedrooms: 1 with a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, another with 2 80 cm beds that can make a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, wardrobe.
    Shower room with shower, basin, bidet. Separate WC.

    2 bedrooms: 1 with 140 cm bed, wardrobe, 1 other with 160 cm bed and a single bed, wardrobe.

    Optional end-of-stay cleaning fee: € 85

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison avec 4 grandes chambres. Nous avons aussi profité du barbecue. La porte au fond du jardin qui permets de rejoindre le centre ville en longeant la rivière sèche est un plus apprécié.

Maison familiale vaste et confortable, très agréable avec un beau et grand jardin entretenu. On s'y sentait bien ! Accès piéton en 10 mn au centre de Collioure très pratique. On a beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Valérie. Nous esperons revenir et nous recommandons vivement !

Maison spacieuse, très fonctionnelle, cuisine bien équipée, bonne literie, grandes chambres avec ventilateur (ce qui était très nécessaire avec la canicule). Pour notre groupe de personnes un peu âgées, localisation un peu éloignée du centre ville et de la plage. Mais un grand jardin très ombragé et très agréable, nous y avons pris tous nos repas (du petit déjeuner au diner).

Bon séjour en général, les charmes de Collioure opèrent à chaque fois. Maison ancienne pleine d'authenticité, nous avons apprécié les ventilateurs dans les chambres. Équipement cuisine complet et suffisant. Nous aurions aimé un point d'eau en extérieur pour rincer nos maillots ou autres, et une place de parking réservée pour la maison (vu que celle du garage n'est pas exploitable). Agréables moments passés dans cette belle région ainsi qu'en Espagne.

Maison familiale très bien située

Maison familiale très agréable. Située idéalement à 10min à pieds du centre de Collioure par un petit sentier facile d'accès. Nous avons pu y croiser ânes et chevaux en liberté (sous l'oeil attentif du propriétaire). Séjour très dépaysant, à la frontière de l'Espagne. L'hôte est très disponible et accueillante. Il manque quelques documentations sur les endroits à visiter Quelques bémols : frigo trop petit pour une maison pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Peu de casseroles. Et une grosse surprise: celle de découvrir qu'abrite propose cette location pour 10 personnes mais un accord entre le propriétaire et abritel est mis en place pour compter seulement 8 personnes et un forfait de 91 pour "2 personnes supplémentaires " vous sera en plus demandé. Cela ne nous a pas fait regretter de séjourner dans cette magnifique région!

Grande maison, avec grand jardin, tres bien équipée ,à la déco démodée..Nous avons apprécié le petit chemin piéton qui part du fond du jardin, et qui rejoins le centre ville...Malheureusement nos nuits ont été perturbées par le bruit de la girouette sur le toit....

Bon Séjour à Collioure!

Grande maison assez agréable, au calme, en retrait du village mais facilement accessible (que ce soit à pied ou par la route). Nous avons passé un beau moment avec nos amis (nous étions 5 et un bébé). La maison est un peu vieillotte mais c'est ok pour passer une semaine sympa à Collioure entre amis ou en famille. Les points à améliorer sont selon moi: 1) la mise à disposition de ventilateur. à ce prix là, s'il n'y a pas de clim, c'est pour moi un minimum. 2) Faire payer le wifi en 2020, c'est un peu abusé. On a eu des petits soucis avec le voisinage le premier soir car nous parlions trop fort dans le jardin. Il était 22h30 et nous étions encore à table, dommage. Je conseille cette maison a une famille plutôt qu'à un groupe d'amis.

Maison très agréable. L'intérieur et l'extérieur de cette maison sont parfaitement adaptés pour les familles avec enfant. L'accès à la ville et aux plages se fait par un chemins sans voitures.
