"My wife and I really liked the hotel. Great location next to the Arch, and we found the staff very friendly and professional. Our only issue was we found the manager at the Ruth Chris steakhouse attached to the hotel to be rather snooty."

"The property is a little dated, but it’s kept up really well and is clean. Staff were amazing. The breakfast area gets really crowded on the weekends, but they do a good job keeping everything stocked. Would stay again. Great value for the price."

"The staff were excellent and welcoming from the check in and in lounge. My only critique would be that the property is dated and kind of run down. The rooms were clean but dated and a bit tattered: worn down trim, scratches, old tile and vanities, etc. the hallways that are carpeted are worn and stained. For the price point we paid I would hope for a more upscale appearance"
