"Overall, the staff was fine however we found the elevator is very slow and we had a problem with our toilet currently because if you’re on the fifth floor and there’s more people below you, it takes time for the tank to fill. And the girls sitting at the desk in the Spa area wasn’t too friendly. Her answer to everything was it’s online."
