The flat was spacious, clean, ans well furnished. My issue is the communication. The lights in the kitchen did not work the entire week. I reached out to the management company via email, portal, and Expedia multiple times, all without response. We were not able to fix a meal after sundown and my wife nearly fell on the stairs due to the lack of light. It should have been an easy solve and I hope they fixed it for the next person.

Our daughter had her wedding at Chelsea town hall and she stayed (as did we). The rooms were beautiful, the staff fantastic and the location perfect. They made everything very easy. Tbh it was faultless.

Great position, sunny afternoon siting lakeside was wonderful. The hotel was a little tired but clean. Breakfast was horrendous, went down at 9:30 ( breakfast finished at 10:30) and didn’t actually receive by cooked breakfast until 10:45, 1.5 hours for a very basic breakfast is just not acceptable. ...
