Your getaway awaits in College Station at this marvelous condo, located 2.7 miles from the Texas A&M University campus. Complete with 4 bedrooms each featuring a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. This two-story condo has 4 bathrooms stocked with towels and soap. Pool towels are also provided for the 2 pools located in the neighborhood.

Take advantage of self check-in with a keypad. This charming retreat, with a full kitchen, living room and dining room is perfect for groups of friends or families with a total of 1504 square feet. The dining room has a large table that seats 6 people and could also be used as a dedicated workspace. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember.


OUTDOOR SPACE:

-Back Patio

-4 designated parking spots and additional unmarked parking spots, near the pool and dumpster

-Grassy area located behind the condo, perfect for walking dogs

-We have 2 cameras on the exterior of the property. A ring doorbell is located at the front door, that monitors the entrance and parking lot. The second camera is located on the roof and monitors the back gate. This camera’s microphone is disabled and does not record audio. These cameras are solely for security purposes and the footage is deleted after checkout.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the location was perfect—close to local attractions but still quiet and peaceful. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great Place to Stay

We went to College Station for our grandson’s graduation from A&M. This place was perfect. It was very clean, the beds were comfy and great oversized towels. The owner was so nice and very helpful. Always answered our texts promptly. We would highly recommend it.
