Decent breakfast option like Waffle, Bagel, breads, muffin, etc. Property looked clean, rooms were clean. Literally 2 min walkable distance to Panda express, McDonald, Wendy etc. Safe location and near to Washington DC museums. Would book again in future.

This hotel is in the perfect location for people who are looking for a hotel close to Northwest Stadium to see the Commanders. It is reasonably priced and clean.

The hotel is run down, the elevators don't show what floor display is missing, carpet in the hall way are dirty, smells like mold, the room was good size but dirty, cockroach, seat in room dirty, found a French frie on the corner leg of the beds, bathroom door couldn't close. Parking is good and good food options close by.

Great place for a stay near DCA

Great place to stay and very helpful and approachable staff. The only downside was that the exercise room was undergoing remodeling and there was a very limited number of exercise machines.

There were roaches in the room, no noise cancelling through the door, the sink smelled like something died in it, the elevator was sticky and smelled like alcohol, and the shower took 10 min to get warm. The air conditioning and staff were great.

It is close to the Washington Commanders Stadium, If you are in the area for a game or another event the location is convenient. The price was good and the rooms were nice.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The lobby appears updated with contemporary furniture and music playing, but the rooms are a completely different story. They were run-down, in need of a paint job, and felt like something straight out of the 1950s. The hallway smelled like smoke, the phone in the room wasn’t working—or even attached to the wall—and we had cockroaches coming in and out through the door and bathroom. We went to the continental breakfast at 9:00 a.m., and everything was gone. The only items offered were waffles, muffins, and fruit. On a positive note, the staff was nice, and check-in and check-out were easy. IHOP is down the street, and the stadium is about a 40-minute walk away. That said, I would not stay here again. Country Inn & Suites is across the street and located near restaurants, which would be a much better option.

It was a little outdated couch was stained in the room toilet didn’t work right away. Had to call maintenance and it took over a hour had to call back. Front desk staff was amazing.

I stayed here for 2 nights the first night was while visiting the DC area and sightseeing, and the second night was for after going to see Beyonce Cowboy Carter. The room was nice and looked like it was recently renovated. The location was great for the price.

The room was clean but do know that the floor is not a completely one piece floor. I tripped on the lip on the floor while going to the bathroom. I’m fine but wish I had realized it was there. The staff was polite and informative. The availability of food and stores is amazing.

The bathroom was quite small, and there was an insufficient supply of shampoo and soap, which were also not adequately arranged. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, making it inconvenient to use. However, the staff were very welcoming and respectful, which helped to mitigate the discomfort we experienced.

Upon walking into the room, the floor was not clean. One of the dead bugs I noticed was a roach. The shower looked like it had just been used and when I went to the bathroom at night, there were roaches scattered when the lights came on. The bed was comfortable. I did not take advantage of the breakfast.

La Quinta DC Capital Beltway is THE WORST!!!

We did not stay more than 5 minutes.Room was filthy. Bedding was staind and or dirty. Rented 2 rooms and first thing my parents saw was a cockroach and our room the linens were noticeably not changed and we were 100% sure after checking that we had bedbugs in our room. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Recommend a Hilten Hotel. We stayed at the closet Doubletree. Highly recommend, clean rooms, decent restaurant, VERY friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay!!

The room was clean. However, there were roaches that were coming out of the door frame, which I did not like the breakfast was trash. The cereal was stale not too many selections and the eggs came out of a container, and the sausages were dry AF. Maybe they should add water when they’re steaming them to help maintain the moisture, which I don’t even think should even be a thing.
