"The elevators didn't work. One was completely out and the other stopped on every floor all the way up and then you had to go back all the way down with 8t opening at every level. They had random non hotel people in the parking lot smoking so much weed. The shower/bath didn't work. It was a really cheap hotel and carpets were dirty, furniture was destroyed and just felt really unsafe. "

"I had a terrible experience staying here and would not recommend this location. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary airport shuttle to and from LAX. However, when we got on the shuttle at the airport, we were told it would actually cost $10 USD per person for what was literally a 3-minute drive. When we questioned this, the shuttle driver, front desk staff, and even the manager were extremely rude and dismissive, despite us showing proof that the shuttle was supposed to be complimentary. The issues didn’t stop there. The rooms were very dirty, and the building itself is extremely old and clearly not well maintained. There were multiple issues throughout the property that made the stay feel very run down. To make things worse, the only toiletry provided was a small bar of soap. There was no shampoo, body wash, or conditioner, which is pretty surprising even for a budget hotel. Overall, the customer service was poor, the room conditions were unacceptable, and the shuttle situation felt misleading. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else near the airport."

"The staff was very friendly and courteous. We were visiting from out of town and they made spot on recommendations for places to eat. The rooms were really clean. The hallways were clean and smelled amazing. They even have a laundry room. It was very a very safe and comfortable stay! "
