"Really enjoyed the room. The bed was comfortable, and amenities were pretty good. Service at the desk was good, but staffing could be better. I had to approach the desk for service a couple of times as towels could not be delivered to the room. This hotel should be able to assist guests for these slight oversights. The last day of my stay, my room was not serviced, and I needed to go to the desk for towels. This is unacceptable, and the staff should not have to apologize. I was told the...

"Everything was as expected, very clean and room was ready when we arrived. Staff was helpful with questions about a reservation for family and other questions about hotel amenities. Toilet in the room rattled the wall with every flush and the faucet on the sink didn't have a full stream, but everything worked and was clean. AC very strong in room, made for easy sleeping. "

"I was very disappointed in my stay. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago when I was visiting family and had no issues. When I arrived, the lobby seemed clean and the staff was nice. When I entered my room, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke or maybe mildew - it wasn't pleasant.
