"Booked this last minute. Was £210 for the night. And not worth £50! The rooms are just awful plywood concoctions the shower is in the middle of the room there is no air conditioning and the window won’t open if there is a slight bit of rain. The bunk bed at the top had disused curtain rail at eye level when you got out so you basically juggled having sight in one eye over needing to use the toilet in the dark! I honestly cant say enough DO NOT STAY just find somewhere else it’s just a dump...

"Hotel is situated in a square next to the clock tower kind of hard to find when you get there you have to check in at another motel called Castle Ruth was very confusing.Parking is located a couple blocks away in a underground garage it all ended up being okay but it was just kind of inconcieint. Hotel itself is very nice and the breakfast service in the morning was great and super clean super well taken care of. "

"It is a little confusing on how to get to the hotel since it is in restricted car area, but the hotel is conveniently located within a couple of blocks of the main shopping area. "An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge beautiful and the breakfast without peer. Management should be congratulated on the way they run this wonderful establishment. "
