" Amazing rooftop"

"This is a very clean, boutique Hard Rock Hotel. It is smaller than other locations, however the staff, decor and the fact you can borrow a guitar during your visit makes this a memorable stay. The food was good, shops are approx 15mins walk away, the main Atocha train station is close by. The gym was a little underwhelming, but we walked so much of the city that we probably would never had made it for a session anyway! The rooftop bar had an excellent vibe, staff very attentive and excellent customer service. Extra shoutout to the Guest Experience team who went out their way to make my daughter's 21st bday special: we had some lovely sweet treats to enjoy. The team also helped booking a fabulous Flamenco show which we would highly recommend. Overall this was a 10/10 for Hard Rock Hotel Madrid! Thank you! "

"Hotel is close to the metro and bus stop which is a big plus! However, There's not that many choices in restaurants nearby. Our room was tiny, bed is not that comfortable such that my husband and I woke up with back pains. There was a space to hang clothes that's it, there are no drawers, no safe, no ref. We had to leave our clothes in our suitcases and store under the bed. The room is clean. Breakfast is adequate."

"The room was adequate; just basics. Good bathroom; nice shower and functional. The climate control didn't work and the room was chilly; we asked for extra blankets and should have asked for help with heat control. We didn't have breakfast there. Location is very convenient "

"I did Not like this place!!!the internet signal was horrible i could not work on the computer or watch tv because internet was not working property they did not have mini fridge on the bedroom and the location there are nothing near by that you can do by walking like store mall etc etc I order a food that took forever couse they just had one person on the cafeteria I wont stay there again"
