FIRST FLOOR: spacious living room with a fireplace, featuring three distinct seating areas, a guest bathroom with a shower, and one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR: an elegant hallway leading to three double bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms.

FLOOR 3: This level features two double bedrooms; one with a sitting area and the other with an en suite bathroom; a terrace where the laundry area is located.

Pets are allowed upon request; the pet fee is €10.00 per day.
