"First of all, they demand a $300 cash deposit just to get into a room. For a budget motel, that is completely unreasonable and feels incredibly sketchy. When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed.
