Be our guest and stay awhile in this cottage located in Cape Royale, a peaceful, security guard-gated community with direct access to Lake Livingston.

After a fun-filled day, unwind in this beautiful cottage nestled by tall pine trees and nature sounds. The home includes two bedrooms with queen size beds, two full size restrooms, kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer and free wi-fi.

Just a two minute drive to the Cape Royale Marina and walking distance to community amenities such as swimming pool, park with playground, basketball and tennis courts.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

We loved our weekend stay here! The cottage was beautiful and the location was peaceful and private. The gated neighborhood also had great amenities and was perfect for taking long walks and enjoying nature.

Relaxing get away

Very comfortable cottage in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Cape Royale marina on Lake Livingston. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Very nicely furnished cottage

My adult children and their adult sons stayed the night and really liked the property and said it was very attractive. I stayed with friends that live in Point Blank. All enjoyed a gathering with family and friends. We hope to come for another stay

Great quick getaway

Just an hour and a half away from Houston- perfect house for a small group with all the necessities- welcoming and relaxing decor with so many details- definitely thought of everything to make the stay perfect!

This charming home was the perfect place to relax and laugh with family. My son's future inlaws were down from Michigan and stayed in this cute house. It was the perfect place to relax and to get to spend time with one another. Lovely furnishings!

Wedding weekend

This was such a cute little place to stay the night before my cousins wedding. Quiet and relaxing really did love just getting away from it all! Walter and Rose were very informative for the property and the guide in the home. We will definitely stay again!!

Big Space in a little Cabin

Friends, Let’s just say this might be one of our favorite VRBOs so far. First, huge thanks to Walter and Rosa. They were so responsive, understanding, and accommodating. We had to alter our dates slightly due to our daughter catching the flu, and Castillo’s were able to help. From adjusting our dates, to check in, to getting the Wi-Fi set up, someone always responded so quickly. They truly made the process easy. About the cabin…it’s brilliant. So much space in a cozy place. The open floor plan was our favorite, with the kitchen, dining, and living areas all together. The finishes were very recently updated, the style was modern, and it was super clean. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to the lake and the playground. It’s only 5 or so minutes to the quaint town of Coldspring. This little cabin in the woods has a lot to offer for a quiet family getaway. And please drive carefully around dusk. The white tail deer were everywhere.
