This coastal gem is great for beach walks, the sea is just 2 minutes away.
Close to local pubs, our famous Oyster restaurants and the village.
A spacious, beach house owned by a family of watersports' lovers with off street parking for 2 cars.
Extended families can congregate in the generous kitchen, the large south facing lounge. Or better yet in the hot tub overlooking the garden.

Very spacious kitchen and sitting room and having the extra outside table space was a bonus.The location was very quiet, and ideal for walks or just sitting looking at the view.The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had excellent showers with plenty of hot water.
We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, the house was clean, tidy, and welcoming.The host was fantastic, providing excellent communication and helpful voice notes on how to use the house features. They even checked in shortly after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed.
I couldn't fault this beautiful spacious home. It had everything we needed for the perfect family get away, and the playroom and trampoline in the garden got a big thumbs up from my grandchildren. The location was great for exploring everything that West Mersea has to offer, especially the seafood! Everyone went away feeling totally relaxed! One big thumbs up for me, was that John the owner greeted me at the property in person to show me how everything worked!

This is an excellent location to stay when staying on Mersea Island. Plenty of restaurants nearby and few minute walk to sea. Well appointed house with good garden facilities, owner in good contact if needed. Thank you
Fantastic well presented property. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend. Even a detailed voice message from the owner with instructions for everything from the hot water to the oven to the WiFi!
