"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. "Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. Restaurant serves great breakfast with fresh baked goods as well as lunch or dinner available if you stay in and the food and wine selection is excellent. "

"No Mountain View. The staff was not understanding. The listing said there is a pool included. And yes, there is a pool, but definitely not included. Get ready to pay extra for that. Pay extra for everything . So yes, they have all the things on premises. But, nothing is included except your room. The room was beautiful. Very hard to understand how things work . It’s our first time in Europe. "
