Suite is well appointed and the check in and check out process were hassle free. "This apartment in the medieval part of Coimbra is close to sights, shopping and cafes. We recommend the friendly cafe at the top of the street. The property is as lovely and well-appointed as in the listing. Just off the Old Cathedral square, although a narrow, cobbled street it is a bit of a thoroughfare. If you are not accustomed to city noise at night it may not be for you. There is also quite a bit of ambient light at night. There are shutters to block the light but they will block the night...

"The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival they offered us an update to our room since we were staying for two days for $5 euro’s instead of $10. The room was spacious and beautiful. They valet parked our car because the parking spaces are small. The hotel is centrally located to a beautiful city center. I would highly recommend this hotel"
