CHAMPS_FLEURIS Apartment – LResidence Les Sorbiers in Cernix
This apartment of approximately 39 m² is ideally located near the Place du Cernix. It features a pleasant west-facing terrace, perfect for admiring the sunsets. Designed to accommodate up to 6/7 people, the apartment offers a functional and comfortable layout. Although situated below the main entrance level, it benefits from an unobstructed view of Mont Charvin from the terrace.
The Les Sorbiers residence is about a 500-meter walk from shops and the Cernix chairlift. You can also take advantage of the free shuttle service, just 100 meters away, offering convenient access to the ski slopes.

Les Sorbiers residence is ideally located just 500 meters from the Espace Diamant slopes and ski school, providing easy access to lifts and lessons for young and old alike. Shops are also just 500 meters from the residence: you will find restaurants, ski stores, a grocery store, a bakery, a hairdresser and a variety of other shops.

The Crest-Voland Cohennoz ski resort combine two charming resort villages, offering a warm, authentic atmosphere. Situated at an altitude of 1,230 metres, Crest-Voland is particularly appealing to families and skiers in search of simplicity. South-facing, on the sunny side of Arly's valley, the resort offers exceptional panoramic views of the Aravis mountain range and Mont Charvin.

The Cernix place now boasts a children's play area and a central market hall designed to host a covered market and events, creating a genuine meeting place.
You can also find an ice rink in this square during the school holidays.

Crest Voland's village is located in the heart of the Espace Diamant, with its 192 km slopes and its 6 linked resorts villages (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will make the most of his holidays.

In summer, you will be in 600 meters from the children's playground and also close to many paths to enjoy walking or mountain biking rides.
The Logère's chairlift is open 5 days per week and it gives you easy access to the most beautiful panoramas of the Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountain range, one of the most beautiful view of the Val d'arly.
The Flumet's lake is about 10 km drive.

The Val d'Arly and its surrounding areas have many quality restaurants, both Michelin-starred and others.
You will appreciate the proximity of many nearby places to visit, such as Chamonix, Megève and Annecy.
