When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "Very practical for a stop-over on a drive to Brittany. A small hotel, quick to reach from the main highway. The room itself was surprisingly cozy and personal, clean and extremely quiet in the night, as there is nothing around except for a small country road. There was even a bathtub. Breakfast was fairly ample and very adequate, made and served by the owner (?), who also served at the reception and seemed generally to run the whole show. There are few if any frills, but this hotel was perfect...

"We arrived 3 hours early, but were allowed to check-in early- brilliant! Also, the proprietor kindly let us put some food items in their fridge to keep cold. There was a Music festival going on that evening, which was great fun, and we watched later on from our bedroom window- unfortunatly there was still music going on at 02.45, but not the Hotel's fault. Breakfast next morning was good."
