"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. "The room we had was very run down and had mould on the ceiling where there had been a leak of some sort. The climate control did not work in our room and with temperatures during our stay hitting 39 degrees, we had an awful night. To top it all, my wife had put our cool bag on the floor and when we woke up it was crawling with ants, it totally freaked my wife out. Unfortunately, none of the staff could speak English so it was pointless trying to complain. The only redeeming thing I could say was that the breakfast was ok. I would never stay here again."
