Great Holiday Home in a great location. Short stroll to the beach, great layout of the home with separate levels. Child friendly, fabulous pool area with barbecue. A great home to stay, highly recommended & close to everything.

Falsely advertised
Property was listed as 5 bedroom and had only 3 rooms. No internet and house next door was being demolished. The noise was incredibly loud all day. Had to move to another property.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. However, we feel your one-star review is unjust for several reasons. First, the property does have NBN hi-speed internet. We sent a text message a few hours after check-in asking you if everything was ok and inviting you to reach out if anything was missing or required. In addition, we invited you a second time in the welcome letter to reach out if you had any issues. If the internet were faulting, we would have sorted it out immediately for you had we been allowed to remedy the situation. Secondly, the demolition next door was scheduled to be completed three weeks before your arrival but was delayed due to the region's rain and flooding. They did not advise us that the demolition would resume while you were there. Once we were made aware of the noise and disruptions, we organised alternate accommodation to a larger, more expensive property within a couple of hours at no cost to you. The neighbouring property is removed, and the owners will not re-build for at least two years. We expect no further issues with the adjacent property. Also, to clarify, Zaffiro Beach House has five beds and four bedrooms.

Wonderful place for a beach getaway
We had a wonderful stay. The place was in immaculate condition and supplied all of our initial needs. The views were beautiful and the place has a a wonderful feeling to it. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Walking distance to the beach, short drive to Coffs. Spacious home, views of the ocean, private location, kitchen is well appointed, two balconies to bbq, or read & watch dolphins from.

Beautiful Spot and Great Host!
Monique has been an extremely accommodating host from our first contact. We picked this house, not just because of it's beautiful beach front location, but also because we required a wheelchair friendly house. The house itself is spread over 3 very well situated levels, with a main level entry via a ramp to the house from a roomy carport. Everything required is on the main level, including a large queen size bedroom with a super comfy bed right next to an accessible bathroom, which is very modern and spacious. The pool and main balcony are also on the main level with easy access everywhere. The pool is just enough to cool off, with beautiful ocean views and the chair lift into the pool is super easy to use. There really isn't anything the hosts have not considered for anyone wishing to visit except maybe a hoist, but we had no troubles with transfers due to the spaciousness of the environment. If you are travelling up the coast or visiting Coffs Harbour, definitely make this a place to stay!!!

Great house, perfect location, fabulous host = fantastic holiday
Highly recommended for a relaxing beach side holiday. Kids had so much fun in the pool and exploring along the beach. Communication with the host Monique was great, which helps with the overall experience of our holiday.

Beautiful property in secluded location
I stayed here with my adult children and grandchildren for 3 days in late December 2018. This split level property is located close to Sapphire Beach, about midpoint between Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga. It is not particularly near any facilities, but that may be a good thing, depending on what you want to make out of your holiday. The bedrooms are spread over 3 levels with top-level being occupied entirely by a superb master bedroom with ensuite and commanding views of the coast from a private balcony. There is another very good bedroom on the entry-level and more beds in a basement style area, which leads onto an enormous grassed backyard, which in turn leads on to a rainforest type area rolling right down to the beach. The pool is quite small, but terrific for entertaining, being straight out of the sliding doors in the living room. We found the house to be very clean, with modern appliances and good toiletries. There is off-street undercover parking for 2 cars, and air-conditioning to some, but not all, parts of the house. It was enough to cool the house. Overall this was a beautiful, spacious family home which we would be very happy to stay in again, and we were very impressed with the services of Monique Fitzgerald the letting agent, who went above and beyond to show us this amongst many other properties for rental. A thumbs up.

Fabulous
Zaffiro is a fabulous house in an awesome location. A couple of the bathrooms are a little dated but the house was spotlessly clean and has a lovely welcoming, relaxing feel to it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Monique was super helpful and easily contactable.

Peaceful retreat
We loved the views out to sea and hearing and seeing so many types of birds in the garden. It was a very relaxing place to stay. Well equipped kitchen and lots of storage space in the house. The master bedroom doesn't have a door to it from the stairs but other than that, we couldn't fault it! Monique dealt with all our queries promptly and provided a great service.
