Sawtell Seaside Villas B Location Location! 2 bedroom 2 bathroom
- Modern spacious seaside Villa opposite patrolled surf beach and park, wifi included. 3 Doors down from the RSL Club.The Villa has been fully renovated, quality beds, lounges, linen etc. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Second bedroom has 2 king singles or can be made up as a king bed. The blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. The second bathroom has a spacious shower and large luxury bath. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas. The Villa has reverse cycle air conditioning .There is a separate laundry with a dryer and an outside washing line. The north facing courtyard has a gas bbq and outdoor setting with outdoor shower shaded with sails to provide the ultimate beach side holiday. If this is booked try Seaside Villa A. Both villas can be opened up with an adjoining gate for larger families and friends wanting to holiday together occupying both villas. The Villas have no steps. Discounts for 7 nights applicable.
