Sand and Sea 1 is the Ideal Location for a Relaxing Holiday. Directly Opposite Sawtell’s Main Beach and Footsteps to Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Boutiques Sawtell is renowned for.
The Newly Renovated, Two bedroom, Ground Floor property will enable you to Relax, Unwind and Holiday in Style!
Sand and Sea offers an open plan living area features a Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix, WiFi, Air-Conditioning & Heating.
The kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, including a fully equiped Kitchen & Nespresso Coffee Machine. The dining Table Seats 4, as well as a Comfortable Lounge Room.
There is a Shared Laundry with Washing Machine and Clothes Dryer.
Plenty of on street parking is available. We have extra Storage for Surf Boards or Bikes in the Garage (doesn't fit a car).

Comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Luxurious Queen bed, Smart TV
Bedroom Two: 1 x King Single Bed, 1 x Single Bed
Linen and Bath Towels are provided but please bring your own Beach Towels.

The best location

Just across the road from the Surf club and Kiosk, and an easy 2min walk to restaurants in town. The location doesn’t get better than this!

Lovely renovated 2 bed unit in a block of 8 units Across the road from the entrance to Sawtell beach 100 metres to RSL Club 200 metres to Sawtell village - nice Pub & plenty of good restaurants The unit is well appointed & comfortable
