This was such a lovely room to stay. The meals on site were delicious seafood risotto. The only downside was the showers there was a sign saying to be patient however i was in the shower for over 5 minutes and still no hot water came through my poor baby boy need a cold shower to freshen up and he screamed about it.

The staff were very helpful. Maybe have tea and coffee making in the rooms rather than the common kitchen area. The room and bathroom were excellent.

The room was very clean and decor lovely but no air conditioning, we couldn't open the window because the pigeons were noisy and pigeon sh*** stunk, also little things like no face washers. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was great and the food was really good.

was disturbed by i’m assuming a maintenance person at about 11:30pm. didn’t knock just opened the door. and my partner and i were both asleep in bed. very unhappy with the inconvenience as we were both not dressed appropriately and the man saw us both half naked. very uncomfortable and upset

Your advertisement is very misleading, the rooms we had are nowhere the same as your advertisement. I didn't expect the rooms to be spectacular but your rooms are not meeting basic living condition. It is okay without aircon but it is not okay when there is no airflow in the room and room temperature remains above 32 degrees. There is a small window but no fly security screen, so you can't really leave the window open. I actually submit a formal complaint waiting for management team to get back to me.

while it is on a major traffic route I was not disturbed by the traffic It does not have air conditioning only fans and I kept them on for the evening to sleep cool. The stuff are very helpful and friendly The room is very clean simple and enjoyable. I was in a shared bathroom bedroom and that was clean as well.

We booked two rooms with the queen size bed and shared bathroom option, the rooms were tiny and the pictures advertised were deceiving. There's a weird and unbearable smell in the hallway and in the rooms that bothered a lot. The owner(s) need to renovate the whole building.

We recently stayed at the new apartment in the hotel. Beautifully arranged with everything you can possibly need. Kitchen was well stocked and my favourite was the coffee machine. Parking is not available so you have to park on street or go to the council car park couple of streets down. Staff were very helpful with everything and we enjoyed coming downstairs for a drink and nibble. The only negative was that the fan remote in one of the rooms was missing and being a hot day we couldnt really sleep in there, rest was all good. It is a hotel above the pub so you got to be prepared that there will be some noise. We couldn't ask for more on a stop over stay. Thanks for having us.

Usually dont weite many reviews but I was given a bath towel that had a dried piece brown item on it. Could be faeces, could be dried date i really dont know but that was foul and unhygienic to say the least.

The showers were cold, the door on the bottom of the shower was rotton, no tv fridge or air con in the room. Very small but the bed was fresh . Room didn't match the photos online. Very disappointing.

Grossly misrepresented advertising. A sleezy grotty backpackers hotel on the very busy Pacific Highway. We could not get in the door or contact them by phone. We didn’t and wouldn’t stay there and request a full refund of the $159 paid to you. I suggest you remove them from your website.

Very high cost for a pub room. Noisy, both road and neighbours. I can see that they are painting and eventually will be nice, but it’s a basic pub accomodation - with a few rooms that have bathroom facilities.
