Relax
Property presented well internally- nice little retreat, however bathroom very restrictive due to small size. Great array of utensils suitable for lengthy stay if required. So close to main street and opportunities for coffee- awesome

Fabulous location
The unit is in a fabulous location close to town and opposite the beach. Unfortunately our experience was dampened by the need for some maintenance and attention to detail.

Nearly everything you need here except clothes airer and dust pan. The photo of property needs to be updated.

Great location
There is only one negative is that the flat smelt very stale. Everything else was great, comfortable bed, lots of kitchen gear if you need to cook. Plus waking up to birds & the surf across the road.

Neat tidy unit. Fully equiped kitchen if needed. So handy to town center. Bearly knew other guests were in the same complex.

Great Location!
Our family had a lovely time! Everything was close by and the kids loved the beach! Only downside is the hot water always runs out! But overall we had wonderful time!

Good value holiday
We spent six nights at this lovely unit. It is really well equipped with more than is needed. Quality inclusions for a beachside apartment. We swam walked and rode our bikes around Sawtell and loved the village. Also went to the cinema and was surprised at the number of people there!!
