Ocean Sands 1 is a fully furnished, two bedroom unit located on ground floor - directly opposite Sawtell Surf Club and just around the corner from the heart of Sawtell where you will find the RSL Club, award winning restaurants and cafes, boutique shopping and more. Walking distance to everything!
Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests: Main bedroom: Queen bed, air conditioning, TV and blackout blinds Second Bedroom: Double bed and TV Bathroom with toilet and shower located between the two bedrooms.
Ocean Sands 1 is in an idyllic position only a stones throw from the beach. Sleep to the sound of the rolling waves and the smell of the sea air. Relax and unwind on the verandah and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore.The open plan living and dining area ensures that you will holiday in comfort, with the kitchen providing you with all your cooking needs.
Shared external laundry with washing machine and dryer, provides you with the convenience of home. Wi-Fi throughout to stay connected during your stay.

Great location - close to the Main Street and the beach. Nice and cozy unit and plenty of room in the bedrooms.
The parking is a little tight, especially with a bigger car.
A little noisy at night from neighbouring units.
The property's location was great, close to main shopping strip, restaurants, clubs and pub and over the road from the beach. Many of the amenities in the unit didn't work, the AC in main lounge dining was inoperable (and it is winter) as was the television in the second bedroom and the overall cleanliness of the property was below par. Very tired and old and needs some love from the owners. We would not return to this apartment, even with such a great location
The location was good. For 956 for 2 nights, the accomodation was poor, it was very small, it smelt musty, the level of overall cleanliness was below average, the air conditioner didn’t work and it was really hot and stuffy. For the price we paid, we were dissapointed.
