This split-level home sleeps 5 comfortably. Featuring a spacious lounge room and lovely open deck with a wooden table setting ready for all your meals or just a morning cup of tea tucked up in the trees. Step down to sunken kitchen/ dining with three porthole windows looking out to the trees.
The bathroom boasts stone tiles and marble benches. Please be aware that the shower is sunken, and you must step down which may be an issue for some.
There are two bedrooms on the second level. The master has a queen size bed and the second bedroom consists of a triple bunk bed. Both rooms take advantage of natural light with windows on three sides.
Sit back and enjoy the serenity of the property. Walk just 5 minutes to great coffee, local Pizza and Mexican Restaurants. Stroll Emeralds renowned surf beach and the Solitary Islands coastal walk which follows both Dammerel and Look at Me Now Headland. Just a short 15 minute drive to Coffs Harbour. Inclusions
Downstairs there is a single carport plus room to park at the front of the property, storage room for surfboards, gas cook top, pedestal fans in both bed rooms, washing machine + clotheshorse.
Linen is not provided at this property but can be hired from Cardow & Partners.

Very run down property, poor inclusions and furnishing. Cheap rusty floor fans were inadequate for poorly ventilated rooms. The place reeked of bleach. We booked this property sight unseen due to lockdown. Never again. We had booked for seven nights. It was so poor we returned the keys next day and went home. No follow up from renting agent Cardow’s Woolgoolga. Renter beware.

Property was a bit run-down, damp and cockroaches in cupboards. Noise from Pacific Highway at night. Location was great though.
