Awesome landscape, Nicely manicured. Looks the same as 28 years ago. Great for playing Golf and to relax in nature.

Paying to be close to the golf course which I believe to be of a high class but as we were not playing but only staying overnight on our journey we found the bed to be sagging on sides with lump in middle uncomfortable, toilet water brown. Stay for the golf course not for the accommodation.

Hi Lisa Thank you for your comments. All our rooms have interchangeable beds so they are 2 king singles which zip in the middle to become a king. As we only have 30 rooms this is the best option so we can accommodation different requirements. The toilet water may be discoloured at the moment due to the lack of rain and low levels of water in the bore. I do apologise.

Amazing golf course, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, peaceful location with well equipped, clean & comfortable units. The evening meal was amazing with an impressive wine list. A lovely couples retreat for us, a great family/ group golfing holiday for others. Not for young kids.

The golf course is simply stunning! Love playing there. The accommodation was OK but not amazing for the price. The billabong pool was fabulous after a hot day on the course but sad to see the disrepair the tennis courts have fallen into. The accommodation is dated and there is nothing special about it in any way, the shower water pressure is pretty bad, it got worse after a power failure but generally bad. Would be good as a self catering option maybe and would be good if the room possibly included use of a golf cart during your stay, althoigh not needed may have added a touch with the price. The restaurant for breakfast and lunch was great and for dinner the Flooded gums was spectacular! The service from the front desk, restaurant, pro shop and out on the course was exceptionally good! We will be back to play but probably not to stay.

Thank you for your great comments. The tennis courts have not been in use for a number of years. We use the base for large marquees for functions. We removed all the nets and fencing for this purpose.

False advertising.
Our stay was based around the advertised restaurant. Not a good experience. Accommodation was basic, but is a golfers place, and that is their market. However it has a bug problem. No screens and very uncomfortable outdoor furniture was very disappointing. Overall, overpriced accommodation and restaurants. Great looking golf course, so if golf is your be all and end all go ahead.

We paid for a standard room which shows pictures of a spa bath, however when we arrived there wasn’t one. I called reception and she told me it was $50 to upgrade to a room with a spa bath. Very misleading and poor service.

The place was beautiful, the room we had was lovely with a balcony overlooking the golf course and everything was clean and neat. My only complaint, but unfortunately an important one, was the bed. The bed was incredibly soft, which might be good for some people but it gave my husband and I terrible back pain, to the point we had to go somewhere to get a massage after the first night and take pain killers for the whole stay (4 days). The double bed was made of 2 single beds stuck together, which had an unpleasant bump right in the middle of the bed and made it quite uncomfortable for both of us. This is the only reason I would think of going back to this place... I must say the staff at the resort was lovely and tried to help by putting some other layers in the bed to make it a tiny bit less soft, that did help a little bit compare to the first night we had...

Thank you for your comments. As we only have 30 rooms the bedding in our rooms need to be interchangeable so we have king single beds which can be joined to become 1 king bed. We are sorry that you found the bedding uncomfortable.
