Views were great, close to highway and service was good. Also a bar and basic restaurant was also good. Internet was broken so that was annoying and place in general looked a little "tired" and things like the games room were non existent.

The location and pool was good. We were quite worried about our visit due to other reviews. The place wasn’t as bad as they made out to be, but the curtains in the bedroom did have mould on them and we ended up killing five cockroaches. Not the best place if you have young children as you’re worried about them touching things or the bugs.

Bed mattresses definitely need replacing, air conditioners need cleaning. Security doors needed in bedrooms to allow doors to be left open for fresh air especially at night. Needs lock replaced in lounge room door. There was no hot water in the morning.

Other tenants dropped chips on the staircase and I asked for them to be cleaned up but they were still there two days letter when we left. Someone also leaked fruit juice or similar down the staircase but this could not be cleaned up as there were no cleaners on at the week-end. We stayed for six days and paid before seeing the rooms. Mistake! Apartment was tired, one light power-point did not work, bathroom door handle malfunctioned, inadequate lighting and my wife asked me to buy disposable cutlery/crockery and would not let me use the laundry facilities because of hygiene concerns. The under cover parking was great except it was too tight and I smashed the car mirror backing out. However, we did love having the pool to ourselves, the fresh sea air while we slept and the mature gardens. Staff were also courteous and helpful.

I stayed in the studio Room, it was nice, balcony is spacious with some water views, great shower and spa. nice wooden feeling from tiles in the bathroom. nice romantic aura can be created with your partner with the shower bathroom and bedroom connecting window doors. close beach access. small and cramped kitchenette but practical. close to park beach shopping centre.

Room was filthy, appalling, terrible. Do not stay here. I packed my stuff and left as the property manager as so terrible. Mould on wall and filthy mattress. Even the TV was sctratched Carpet was ripped and floor was lifting up. Didn’t even have a chair to sit at and work. Door all wrecked.

I decided to give the property a go despite some of the average reviews because we wanted ocean views. The reviews unfortunately were correct. The Executive suite was very tired looking with the toilet roll holder hanging off the wall, sliding door lock was broken, all the fittings were old and there was cords hanging out of a couple of power boards, no good for young toddlers. These things would be easy to fix I'm sure so why aren't they? The king size bed was horrendous as my partner and I are both over 6ft. It looked like two singles pushed together and both beds had sunken middles. This bed was one of the worst beds we have slept in. Ocean views were amazing.

The the furniture and decor in the room was quite old and dated. There was a distinct smell in the room that we couldn't get rid of. There are also no eateries or restaurants nearby, so recommend to bring food. Otherwise, you will have to drive 10-minutes. Good thing about the property is it's amenities, the tennis court and pool are great and it has direct access to the beach.

View from our room was beautiful my husband and I had many hours sitting on the patio looking at the ocean whilst having a beer and wine. We had a lovely cooked meal delivered to our room it was great. Room was very clean and felt safe, bed and pillows were comfortable and it had a fully equipped kitchen would definitely recommend.

The bathroom had mould in and around the shower recess and the apartment needed a small amount of repairs to make it more presentable. Generally it was OK however if there was more attention to the cleaning it would have been better.

Dissapointed

This is an older property with its age showing. Maintenance is required with important items such as screen door mesh and locks needing attention. Also replacement of the soap holder in the shower is important. We found the rooms to be small and furniture large, making conditions cramped. There was no where in the bedroom, other than on the floor, for luggage. Lighting placement in both living area and bathroom was poor. We liked the area and the price was attractive, perhaps because of the maintenance lag as part reason.

Breathtaking Views

The location is awesome, close to the beach, and Coffs Harbour town center. The accommodation was very comfortable with fantastic ocean views from our balcony. Great place to relax.
