Huge Fenced Yard and Family Friendly Home

This home is close to downtown, has a huge fenced yard and very spacious. Lots of room to spread out to eat together with a large dining table and breakfast or kids table in the kitchen as well. The house has tons of kids toys and books to explore. Or just relax in the comfortable chairs and sofas and enjoy this quiet location. BBQ is ready to go!

Our thoughtfully designed home features a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a full bed and a bunk bed with trundle (sleeping three), and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and trundle (sleeping three). The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and crock pot.
Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four adults and four children, complemented by two barstools. Children will delight in the provided chairs, toys, games, and books. A laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer adds to the convenience.

Had to clean inside the fridge before using it and there was multiple old/expired loaves of bread in the cupboard. Used paper plates and paper towels left under benches. Kitchen floor was not well cleaned. Very disappointing considering the high cleaning charge for this location.

This home is well loved! You feel very much like you're staying with family with the shelves of books and games, well loved furnishings, etc. It was great for a mini retreat and more homey than a sterile hotel. Would be great for families with kids!
