Cozy Coeur d’Alene Cottage

This lovely cottage is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s a short drive from just about everything: shopping, dining, highway access, the beach and boardwalk. We appreciated the AC units in the bedrooms during the warm summer days. Although we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor spaces they were definitely a nice addition. Cute Little House in Great Location

Cute little house in excellent location. Close to lake and highway. Updated kitchen. Appreciated full length mirrors and lots of hooks in bedrooms. Could benefit from a new back door for easier entry. Bedside lighting would have improved the stay. Lots of space for parking. Would stay here again.

Communication with the owners

The communication with the owners was TERRRIBLE. Had (3) different confirmations with (3) addresses! Had me move in the middle of my stay with only a 30 minutes notice!

Cute and comfortable house

We enjoyed our stay. I didn't realize the house was on a corner. I like eating outside and grilling. I'm glad there was a privacy fence. It helped. There was a lot of street noise from traffic but it didn't hamper our enjoyment of spending the evening outside visiting, cooking and eating. I wish there would have been a key to the front door or a similar keypad to enter. If you lock the front door when you leave (as we did) the only way to get back in is through the back. It seemed awkward parking in the front and carrying our stuff around the back. There is parking in the back, but the front of the house is a lot nicer... so that's where we parked.
