Downtown Luxury: Historic Home in Garden District

Stay in ultimate luxury and comfort in the heart of downtown Coeur d’Alene. Amazing restaurants, shops and beaches all walking distance - in the highly sought after historic Garden District neighborhood of Coeur d’Alene. This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath historic and one-of-a-kind home less than four blocks off of Sherman Ave.

Stay at this luxurious home for any season or the many events the town of Coeur d’Alene offers throughout the year.

This historic home has been completely remodeled with no detail left untouched – truly 5 Star luxury. The Tudor-esque home boasts high ceilings with incredible natural light through the large oversize windows on the upper level and has been designed in the era in which it was originally build in 1923 with art deco vibes.

With two King bed master suites, two bar and living areas for hosting happy hours and game nights with friends and family – everyone will have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Cozy up by the indoor/outdoor fireplace – flanked by two 9 foot French doors and you will feel like you were whisked away to your favorite spot in Europe.

The gourmet kitchen has an oversize Italian gas range with two ovens - and is the perfect place to cook your favorite meal to share with friends and family. All of the essentials are stocked in the kitchen and bar areas to make your stay more enjoyable and stress free.

This exceptional home has 2 King ensuite bedrooms, one Queen bedroom with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. The upstairs King ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in dual head shower – outfitted in beautiful marble.

Both living areas are stocked with games and cards and all of the bedrooms have extra pillows and blankets. In addition both living areas have flat screen TV’s (a large 70 inch TV in the media room in the basement as well as a 55 inch TV in the upstairs bar area).

There is a Washer and Dryer with detergent and dryer sheets stocked for guests.
