Great stay
This was the perfect place for 4 adults visiting the area! Less than 5 minutes from downtown, great front porch to sit and relax on, host very responsive and the AC issue has been fixed. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in the area again!

Nice and cozy
We enjoyed our stay. Small, but worked well for the two of us. Close to activities without being in the middle of it. Our only suggestion would be adding a small window cooler or similar. Even though the house was well shaded, still warmed up by end of the day. We would stay again.

Problems
There was no AC which in a hot summer climate such as Coeur d'Alene is a must. There was no kitchen/dinning room table. We ate a a table on the porch which worked out until the utility crew arrived to do some noisy work in the front yard. The property manager did get us a fan but when the outside temps soared to over 100F, really didn't work for nighttime sleeping. Other than the one noisy morning, the neighborhood was nice, quiet and conveniently located. Dan

Great location and cute home
The experience was great. The house was clean and put together. The bedrooms are a little tight but they worked perfectly for such a short stay. I would stay here again.
