This house was very cute and in a great location. The rental process was super easy, and everything went smoothly. The house was clean and had everything we needed. My only minor complaints are that I wish the queen bed was a bit softer, and it would have been nice to have more convenient outlets in the bedroom for charging phones. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!
The property was a great location. We walked to the park, the lake, and downtown restaurants. It made it so easy to get around. We also liked watching the people walking to the park and going on the bike path. The single pane windows didn’t block the. Noise so that would be nice to change. Also, the hosts were not super responsive at first. But overall it was a great lplace to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. It has the perfect neighborhood for walking to the park, the lake, and town. There are many nice restaurants close and shops as well. The house was very comfortable and clean. There were a few problems which I sure could be easily remedied: there were very few plug ins , the freezer didn't work well, and the dryer didn't work well. Also it would have been nice to have a few cleaning supplies like a vacuum cleaner and a mop. The beds were very nice and comfortable. The house was very comfortable.
This house was great! Location was perfect. Just steps to everywhere! Tubbs hill, 3 min walk. Shops & restaurants 5 min walk. Huge park w/splash pad right next to house. House is definitely old, built in 1910, but owners have done a great job making it comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessities. Washer & dryer was nice. If you’re looking for a house with great location to everything, this is it. Owners communicated well via text. Check in and check out were easy. Would stay again!

Perfect Location - Dirty Outdated Property
The location is perfect. Right in town. However, not sure when the pictures were taken because the property did not appear as in the photos. The porch was dirty, the plants dead. Inside, the carpet was stained and filthy which made me wonder how clean the rest of the place was. The floors are uneven as if the foundation has shifted. Overall we had a good time, but the host needs to put some serious money into the place, or depict it more accurately.
Quirky old home in a fabulous location. We loved being in the middle of all the fun. Our only complaint is that the beds are too firm, hard actually, but the location made up for the discomfort
Very cute little house- Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable master bed. Small clean bathroom but plenty of hot water. Comfortable couch and lots of games for the family. Large parking area in back- able to park a small trailer with bikes.
Ẁe spent a nice few days at this perfectly located property. Easy walk to everything in CDA. Property manager was one of the best we experienced. Super fast responses, everything just a advertised. Easy check in, check out with no surprises. Highly recommend.
Thank you, we had a fantastic stay, and would definitely stay again. No kidding, we were steps away from everything we wanted to. Really appreciated the central location. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and neat for our arrival.
Great location! We were able to walk to the lake and restaurants. We were also able to get on the bike trail near the house. The property manager was always available if we had any questions and even brought us some beach towels before we went to the lake. We would definitely stay here again!
True to the description, this is a perfect location to surrounding attractions. We walked, without difficulty, to the boardwalk, beach, downtown shopping and food. We brought bikes and used those as well, conveniently from house. What is also true is some of the reviews. House is old and could use replacement of carpet, kitchen chairs with stains on fabric and there is an uneven feel to flooring as well, however the location overrides these small issues and the house was clean. We would stay again without hesitation!
While there are a couple few fixes that could be done here. It is a great little house. Very clean and in an amazing location. Walk to everywhere! My husbands family has lived her for over 60 years, we were in town for a visit. Would recommend this house.
The house was across from the park and had decent beds and furniture. We prefer to rent homes and cook at least half our meals. The kitchen knives weren’t sharp and utensil selection was pretty bare, coffee cups were old and stained so kitchen could stand to be freshened up but we made due.
