"My king bed had dirty sheets on it. Called the desk. About 2 hours later the desk clerk brought sheet 1 sheet and a pillowcase for me to change I told her i was not the housekeeper. She left said she was off the clock. Called expedia no satisfaction. I will book thru someone else."

The hotel and the room was not clean. We travel a lot for work and pleasure, we picked Crown Plaza this time to enjoy beach and pool, but it was very crowded, dirty and uncomfortable. We did not enjoy our staying."
