"What can be said about the Beach Place Guesthouses? Cozy! After the big corporate dwellings in Orlando, this was definitely a quiet, relaxing place to wind our vacation down. Private beach access and the ability to make our own meals in the kitchen were priceless. We grilled steaks(and veggie burger patties) right on the beach! Staff was kind and gave you a full explanation of all you had available to you. This is home away from home, truly. Ran by people who have an artistic quality about them and it shows throughout the property! With the back drop of Cocoa Beach, I highly recommend this place for your peaceful getaway!"
